This site does not collect anything about you.

What this site is

truthqms.com is a static marketing site. It is a set of fixed pages: there is no account system, no database behind it, and no code of ours that collects anything about you. (One technical file, a service-worker cleanup script, runs once in browsers that visited the application previously hosted at this address; it removes that application’s offline cache and then removes itself. It stores nothing and sends nothing.)

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site sets no cookies and loads no advertising pixels, embedded third-party widgets, or externally hosted fonts. Our hosting layer (Cloudflare) injects two small scripts of its own into the pages it serves: an email-address de-obfuscator, and a cookieless performance beacon (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that reports aggregate page-load metrics without cookies, without persistent identifiers, and without following you to other sites. Nothing on these pages profiles you individually or tracks you across the web.

Forms

There are none. The site has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up and no chat widget, so there is no place for you to submit data to us through it. Contact happens by email.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, delivering a page requires processing your device's IP address and the request itself, transiently, for delivery, performance and security purposes such as blocking abuse. We do not use that hosting data to identify or profile visitors, and the site itself stores no personal data about you.

If you email us

If you write to admin@truthqms.com, we receive what you send: your email address, your message, and whatever you choose to include in it. We use it only to reply to you and to take the enquiry forward if you ask us to. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent or share enquiry correspondence with third parties for their own purposes.

The customer application

This notice covers the public marketing site only. The Truth QMS application used by customers is a separate system, governed by the agreement and the data processing terms in place with that customer.

Your rights and who is responsible

You can ask us what enquiry correspondence we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@truthqms.com and we will action it.

Changes to this notice

If what the site does changes — for example if a contact form or analytics were ever added — this notice will be updated before that change goes live, and the effective date above will change with it.
